Using Filters


Using List View Filters in Participants Manager

In the Participants Manager, it's important to quickly sort and filter your participants based on various criteria to manage and view the data efficiently. The List View Filters, located in the upper right corner of the page, provide you with that capability.


  • A to Z (Ascending): By default, the participants are sorted in ascending order based on their names. Click on the A to Z dropdown to change the sorting preference.
  • Z to A (Descending): If you want to view the participants starting from Z, choose the descending order.

Filter by Research Projects:

  • All Research Projects (Default): This shows participants from all projects.
  • Specific Project: If you want to view participants from a specific project only, click on the dropdown menu next to 'All Research Projects'. A list of available projects will be displayed. Select the desired project to filter participants accordingly.

Filter by Participant Status:

Above the list of participants, you'll notice tabs indicating different participant statuses:

  • All: View all participants irrespective of their status.
  • Identified: View participants who have been identified.
  • Qualified: View participants who have been qualified.
  • Pending Interview: View participants who are awaiting their interviews.
  • Interviewed: View participants who have completed their interviews.

Click on any tabs to filter the list based on that particular status.


Combining Filters: You can combine multiple filters to narrow down your list. For example, if you want to view identified participants from 'My Second Project,’ first click on the identified tab and then select 'My Second Project' from the dropdown.
