Access the "Add Participant" Feature

Navigate to the left section called “Participant Manager” and click on the “+”

Select the Project

From the drop-down menu, select the project the participant is in, then click the button “Add Participant.”

Choose Privacy Settings

Select either standard or incognito mode.

💡
Incognito mode de-identifies participants by hiding their contact info and replacing their names with encrypted, unique IDs, ensuring privacy and security.

Add Participant Details

  • Fill in the participant's details in the following fields:
    • First Name: Enter the participant's first name.
    • Last Name: Enter the participant's last name.
    • Birth Date: Enter the participant’s date of birth.
    • Gender: Choose from the dropdown menu. Options might include "Non_Specified" and other gender identifications.
    • Email: Enter the participant's email address.
    • Phone: Input the participant's phone number.
    • Status: This should automatically be populated based on your selection from the "Stage" dropdown.
    • Location: Enter the location or choose from a dropdown if available.
  • Click “Next” when done.

Define the Participant's Stage

  • Click on the dropdown menu labeled "Stage".
  • From the options, you'll see stages like "Identified,” "Qualified,” "Pending Interview,” and "Interviewed.” Choose the relevant stage for your participant.

Review the Participant(s) set for addition.

You will see a table with the participant(s) information you are about to add to the research project.

If you wish to add more participants, click on "Add More Participants" in the Data Table view. This will relaunch the upload sequence for additional participants.

Finalize the Addition

Once you've entered all the required information, click on the "Create Participant" or "Create Participant Records" button.

Confirmation

A confirmation screen with an illustration and a message "Participants Successfully Added!" will appear. This ensures that your data has been saved and added successfully. Click "Finish" to complete the process and exit.
