Navigate to Participants Manager

Start by logging into your Landmark account. On the left-hand side, click on the 'Participants Manager' tab.

Locate the Participant

Scroll through the list of participants to find the one whose status you want to change. You can also use the filtering options on the top right to quickly locate a specific participant.

Access the Dropdown Menu

Next to the participant's name, you'll see their current status (e.g., "Identified", "Pending Interview"). Click directly on this status.

Select the New Status

Upon clicking the status, a dropdown menu will appear with various status options. Click on the desired new status from the dropdown.
